Skilled craftsmen will restore these elements off-site, ensuring that our beloved clock returns to its original splendor by spring 2025.

Update: Proof the Netting is Essential
We’re seeing firsthand just how crucial the recent safety measures have been at The Redesdale Hall. This week, the roof netting caught a loose tile, preventing it from falling into the busy A429 below. This incident highlights the importance of both the previous scaffolding and the newly installed netting, which are vital in ensuring public safety while restoration work continues.
It’s a reminder that these preventive measures were not only necessary but timely, and we’re grateful for the continued patience and support of the community as we work to restore the hall to its former glory.

Update: Netting Up… Scaffolding down!
We’re thrilled to announce that the netting of Redesdale Hall’s roof has been successfully completed, and the scaffolding has officially been removed. This vital project ensures the preservation of our historic hall while maintaining safety for all visitors. With the scaffolding now gone, The Redesdale Hall is once again fully visible in all its glory, offering a clear view of its iconic architecture. Thank you for your patience throughout the process—we’re excited to welcome you back to enjoy the hall without any obstructions!
