The Redesdale Hall

The perfect venue for your next event

The Redesdale Hall is an impressive historic building in the heart of Moreton-in-Marsh, rich in local history and dedicated to serving its community. It is owned and managed by The Redesdale Hall Trust, a registered charity [No. 1202814] established to oversee the property and ensure its continued use for the benefit of the town.

Facilities & Spaces

The hall offers two versatile spaces for meetings, lectures, classes, and recreational activities:

  • Upper Hall (First Floor) – A stunning space featuring oak paneling, leaded windows, a stage, and a large (5m wide) cinema screen. It is accessible via a wide staircase and stairlift. Capacity: 120 people.
  • Lower Hall (Ground Floor) – Includes a kitchen, ladies’, gents’, and accessible toilet facilities, and step-free access via a shallow ramp at the front of the building. Capacity: 80 people.

Each hall can be hired separately, with or without access to the kitchen. Both spaces are centrally heated, with the upper hall also featuring overhead infrared heating. Heating is included in the hire charge.
