We’re thrilled to announce that the netting of Redesdale Hall’s roof has been successfully completed, and the scaffolding has officially been removed. This vital project ensures the preservation of our historic hall while maintaining safety for all visitors. With the scaffolding now gone, The Redesdale Hall is once again fully visible in all its glory, offering a clear view of its iconic architecture. Thank you for your patience throughout the process—we’re excited to welcome you back to enjoy the hall without any obstructions!

Netting the Roof to Catch Slates
The Redesdale Hall, a historic landmark in Moreton-in-Marsh, recently underwent essential maintenance after a loose stone tile fell onto the A429. To ensure public safety, experts installed durable netting over the roof to catch any loose materials. This solution, implemented by Heritage Roofing Company and London Pro Abseiling Ltd, maintains the building’s aesthetic while protecting passersby.
Beyond safety, the project preserves the hall’s architectural heritage, ensuring it remains a vital community space for future generations, balancing historical preservation with modern safety needs.
